'Mrs Marsh', the face of toothpaste brand Colgate, and the woman children of the 1970s and 1980s identified with so strongly - she'd dip her chalk into a blue-y liquid to show how "the flouride in Fluorigard gets into the [tooth's] enamel like liquid gets into this chalk" - has died.
In the ads, she demos her little chalk experiment, to which the child always replies: "Oooh, I does get in!"
