E!'s 'Fashion Police' serves up 'best' and 'worst' dressed of the 2013 Emmy Awards for Fashion Police: The 2013 Primetime Emmy® Awards Special Tonight @ 9:30pm only on E!

At the end of the special episode the Fashion Police team will crown the 'Best Dressed' and 'Worst Dressed' of the 2013 Emmy Awards.

Every year at the Emmys, there is the show reel for one category that is kinda obscure, but always warped, laden with black humour, and often... just weird. And I love it.

It makes sense. The people behind the madness of variety shows like 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', 
'The Colbert Report,' 'The Jon Stewart Show', 'The Daily Show With Jon Stewart', 'Portlandia', 'Real Time With Bill Maher', and 'Saturday Night Live' have to be a little nuts. Just like this clip that announces them as nominees at the 2013 Emmys.

Merritt Wever: Shortest Emmys Speech Ever?

There is one part of the 2013 Emmys I rewound a few times on the DVR for its sheer hilarity... and brevity.

Quite possibly the shortest - and best - speech ever, delivered by Merritt Wever - for 'Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy', for her role in 'Nurse Jackie' as Zoey Barlow.

Even Emmys host Neil Patrick Harris said, “Merritt Wever, best speech ever. Good luck to everyone else.”
